Last Friday was a nice day, so we went to the beach for a couple of hours. The tide was very low when we got there. The waves were fun to play in as the tide came back in.

Surprise Party

Jen planned a surprise party for Cameron the weekend before his birthday. Everyone parked their cars around the neighborhood so Cameron was pretty surprised about the whole thing.

Birthday!

Dave's birthday was on the 6th. Cameron made a cake for him since Annette wasn't here to make him apple pie. Annette, Heidi, Cassie, and Elizabeth are driving back home from southern Idaho today. Dave, Cameron, Jen, and Nicole went over to Colville for the weekend.

Dance

Jen and Nicole had an "80s" youth dance on Saturday. They had a lot of fun shopping at thrift stores for their outfits!

Paraguay

Today we received some great news. Elder Cameron Divis has been called to serve in the Paraguay, Asuncion Mission. He reports to the MTC on June 10, 2009. We are so proud of him and how he has lived his life. Now the work really starts as we get his passport and Visa started.

Just in case anyone still checks this blog, here are some pictures. On Monday, we got a couple of inches of snow that melted during the day. Even with the snow, this tree is still blooming in our front yard.
